MCM04 Winner and MCI05 2nd runner up

1)Why did you participate in the Miss Chinese
> Melborne pageant?

I entered Miss Chinese Melbourne because I thought
that it would be a great opportunity to learn more
about my chinese heritage, the chinese community of
melbourne and of course to meet new people.
2)Have you ever thought about getting 2nd runner
> up in the Miss Chinese International pageant?

No of course not! I could hardly believe that I came
1st in Miss Melbourne. Obviously I wanted to do well
for Melbourne in Hong Kong, but honestly, being
crowned 2nd runner up in MCI was not even in my
train of thought!
3)Do you still keep in touch with all of the contestants?

Yes of course, I loved the girls from the pageant, and
luckily for me, some of the girls have become my best
friends and look after me like a little sister!

4)Who is your best friend in the Miss Chinese
International pageant?

My best friends in MCI were Miss Calgary, Miss
Sydney, Miss Taipei and Miss Tahiti. I also got along
really well with Miss Amsterdam, Miss Singapore, Miss
Hong Kong and Miss Bangkok.
5)What is your most memerable experience during
> the pageant(besides the crowing)?

The girls and I shared lots of memorable experiences
together. I spent most of my time with my baby Miss
Calgary. We did EVERYTHING together!!!
My top five favourite memories in the pageant were:
- getting lost in Hong Kong one night with Miss
Calgary
- Miss Taipei teaching me how to dance hip hop to
"drop it like it's hot" by snoop dog
- Teaching Miss Sydney how to dance, but she still
got into trouble, so i had to sit in my harnest for five
hours...clearly i fell asleep...by the time i woke up, i
had bruises all over my hips!
- Joking around with all the girls and trying to imitate
each other
- Following TVB movies stars around the studios with
Miss Calgary and Miss Sydney!
6)Who is your all time favorite Miss Chinese
> International winner?

Of course it's Leanne Li!!! Leanne is one of the most
beautiful people that I have evet met. She possess
true beauty, both inner and outer. I admire her grace,
her elegance and her kind heart!!!
